Payment Methods

Please note: Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by Cheque up until 22nd September, after this date payment can only be made by Credit Card.

Cheque / Bank Draft

Cheque/bank draft must be in Australian Dollars and payable to “Waldron Smith Management – RANZCR”; forward to the Meeting Secretariat.

International Delegates: Any cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration Fees and Social Function Tickets

Cancellations received in writing by the Meeting Secretariat 45 days prior to the meeting date will receive a refund less an Administration Fee of $110 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted.

All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat and will only be validated pending an acknowledgement of reply from the Meeting Secretariat.

Accommodation

Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee within 30 days. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.


Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Meeting Secretariat will not accept responsibility for any loss in this regard.


Tax

All meeting Registration Fees and Additional Ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
